Life coaching

Are you looking to:

  • Find accountability, motivation and support to make changes?

  • Set actions to help you get unstuck and move towards what matters to you?

  • Reduce feelings of overwhelm and get things done?

  • Develop helpful coping skills to call upon in times of change or difficulty?

Life coaching can help you see the bigger picture and create meaningful change in your life. It can enable you to build confidence, allow ideas to form and provides a creative space to explore your personal and professional potential.

In our sessions, we work together with curiosity and compassion. My role as your coach is to listen, ask questions and help you to dig deeper to get to the heart of what matters.

I use traditional coaching tools alongside action-orientated behaviour therapy approaches that have been adapted for use in a coaching context. These include mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Before committing to coaching, I offer the opportunity to book a complimentary 30-minute exploratory session.

Coaching support for people with long-term health conditions or changes in health

I offer a specialist coaching service for people who want to:

  • find acceptance and self-compassion so they can live a more satisfying, hopeful life - with or without ongoing symptoms;

  • better manage difficult thoughts and feelings about their diagnosis, symptoms and treatment;

  • find accountability, motivation and support to make important life changes

  • create plans to help reduce stress and feelings of overwhelm;

  • develop helpful coping skills to manage flare-ups and times of difficulty;

  • set goals to help get unstuck and move towards what matters to them in life.

I was called to coach people with long term health conditions through my own experiences of living with a chronic condition over the past 30 years. You can read more about my story here.

I have a true understanding of how changes in our bodies can significantly impact our physical and emotional wellbeing. I also know what a big step it can be to ask for help because I've been there too.
