Free 30-min introductory call

Service Description

Before beginning coaching, I invite you to book a free 30-minute introductory call. During the call, we can talk about what it is you would like to work on and you can ask any questions you might have. After you book your appointment, you’ll be sent a Zoom link via email and a short online form to complete. The form will ask you to share a few details about your reasons for seeking coaching to help us both prepare for our time together. I recommend you click on the Zoom link ahead of time to ensure that Zoom has been downloaded and that the microphone and camera are working ok before our appointment. If you need any help with getting set-up, please let me know. On the day/time of your appointment, click on the link in your email and I’ll see you there! Please make sure you’re in a place with a reliable internet signal and that you’ll be undisturbed for the duration of the call.
