Service Description

My role as your coach is to be a compassionate, non-judgmental listener and to help you create meaningful change in your life. I’ll ask you thought-provoking questions and help you to dig deeper to get to the heart of what matters. Here's an idea of the type of areas you we could potentially work through in our sessions, but remember, what we work on is entirely up to and led by you. - Setting goals to help you move towards what matters in your life - Accountability, motivation and support to make changes - Raising confidence and self-esteem - Exploring what matters to you to find greater meaning in your life - Planning skills to help reduce overwhelm and get things done - Making meaningful lifestyle changes - Observing thoughts, feelings and emotions that might be getting in the way - Looking at your coping strategies – how are they working for you? - Mindfulness and how it can help during times of change or difficulty - Identifying factors at home or work that are affecting your wellbeing and exploring ways to work through them I’ll encourage you to be present, be open and do what matters. If you’re struggling with difficult life circumstances, I can help you adapt to the challenges of life. You’ll feel more empowered to take useful action despite your thoughts and feelings and stay true to your values whilst doing so. Coaching provides a safe, supportive and nurturing space where you can talk things through. Sessions can help you build confidence, allow ideas to form or simply provide a place to explore whatever is on your mind – something that’s not always easy to do with friends, colleagues or family. After you book your appointment, you’ll be sent a Zoom link via email. I recommend you click on the Zoom link ahead of time to ensure that Zoom has been downloaded and that the microphone and camera are working ok before our appointment. If you need any help with getting set-up, please let me know. On the day/time of your appointment, click on the link in your email and I’ll see you there! Please make sure you’re in a place with a reliable internet signal and that you’ll be undisturbed for the duration of our session.


Cancellation policy

Please note that if you are late for your session, Cathy may not be available beyond the time slot that you booked in to. In some cases it may not be feasible to start the session if you are late. If possible, please let her know by text or email of any delay. Cathy's number is 07908459270 and email address is cathyedencoaching@gmail.com. Your session may be cancelled if she has not heard from you within 15 minutes of the agreed session time. Please note that the agreement that you are entering into is subject to English law with the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. If you do not attend or if you do not give a minimum of 48 hours notice of a cancellation, the full session fee will be payable unless agreed otherwise. In the event that Cathy is unable to attend your session, she will provide as much notice as possible and offer the next available session.
