It isn't always easy to do this on your own so as your coach, I'm here to guide and support you as we work through your challenges.

I know this because I've been there too. My personal journey into coaching began when I decided to create a more positive life for myself after struggling for decades to live well with a long-term health condition. I wasn’t living in a way that was satisfying and enjoyable and I knew I wanted things to be different. You can read more about my experiences here.


Now I have a life that's joyful and fulfilling. I feel like the 'me' I always wanted to be. I want the same for you too.

I will try to look at things, especially things that negatively affect me, in a different way and see there is often another perspective.


It was really nice to work with someone who was focussed on listening to what I had to say and what I wanted to achieve in a kind and compassionate way, especially as being a mother my needs don't often seem to come first!

Types of coaching sessions

In our coaching sessions, we'll explore where you are now and how you'd like life to be in the future. We'll work together to help you find the solutions that work best for you. You can read more about the coaching services I offer (and how they can help) here.


I use a variety of coaching tools to help you move forwards including those found in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). ACT is an effective evidence-based approach that combines simple mindfulness skills along with a focus on committing to actions that will improve and enrich your life. 

I work in-person, online and over the telephone. In-person appointments are available on Tuesdays and Saturdays at Treat on Lawson Road in Norwich, Norfolk. Sessions take place at other times over Zoom or telephone and can be organised flexibly around your existing commitments.
